摘要
本文采用MSP430系列单片机为控制核心,实现了对某型号专用车内部环境的自动监控。该系统采用传感器采集车内温度、湿度参数,经过信号调理输入到单片机,再通过通信接口将数据传输到PC机,结合上位机软件进行存储及分析,从而发出相应的指令控制后向电路工作,达到自动监控的目的。系统采用RS-485总线组网很好的解决了单个传感器采集数据的不全面的问题,该设计思路可推广应用于多种控制系统中。
The design adopts MSP430 single-chip microcontroller for control core, realizes the automatic monitoring of the environment in a kind of special vehicle. The system use sensors to collect the temperature, humidity data, which is then transmitted to the MCU. The data is transmitted to the PC via the communication interface, and the upper software help to store, analyze it and give orders to the back circuit, so the automatic monitoring is realized. Because of the RS-485 bus network, the problem of incomplete data of single sensor is solved. The design can also be extended to other kinds of control systems.
