摘要
提出一种基于单片机的高精度智能充气装置的设计方案。控制电路以STC12C5410AD为核心,详细介绍了其系统组成、电路原理。应用神经网络算法对采样周期和温度进行融合,消除温度影响并进行非线性校正。软件设计模块控制程序使用C语言编写,描述了其设计思想,并通过试验进行了验证。试验结果表明神经网络算法应用于气压传感器的数据融合有效可行。
A method of intelligent inflatable device with high precision is proposed.The components of the system,design principles of circuit are both amply introduced with STC12C5410AD be used as core of hardware.Using neural network to fuse sampling period and temperature,to eliminate the influence of temperature on pressure and achieve non-linear correction.Software is designed with C which is verified by experiment,the experimental result shows the feasibility and validity of this method.
