摘要
目的 探讨在小儿支原体肺炎(MP)治疗中应用清肺通腑泻痰汤辅助阿奇霉素的治疗效果。方法 从常州市中医医院儿科门诊2023年1月至2023年12月期间收治的MP患儿中选取研究对象,共选取60例,根据随机数字表法分为中西药联合组和阿奇霉素组,各30例。阿奇霉素组采取阿奇霉素治疗,中西药联合组采取阿奇霉素+清肺通腑泻痰汤治疗,对比两组的中医证候积分、血清炎症因子、不良反应情况。结果 治疗前,两组咳黄黏痰、头痛咽痛、胸胁胀满积分比较,P>0.05;治疗后,两组咳黄黏痰、头痛咽痛、胸胁胀满积分均降低,且中西药联合组更低,P<0.05。治疗后两组血清CRP、IL-6比较,中西药联合组比阿奇霉素组更低,P<0.05。中西药联合组不良反应发生率更低,P<0.05。结论 对MP患儿采用清肺通腑泻痰汤辅助治疗,能有效降低症状严重程度及炎症反应,且安全性高。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Qingfei Tongfu Xietan Decoction assisted azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)in children.Methods:A total of 60 pediatric patients diagnosed with MP and treated at the pediatric outpatient department of Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected.The patients were randomly assigned to two groups(30 patients per group)using a random number table method.The azithromycin group received azithromycin treatment,while the combined therapy group received both azithromycin and Qingfei Tongfu Xiephan Decoction.The clinical outcomes,including Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serum inflammatory markers,and the incidence of adverse reactions,were compared between the two groups.Results:BBefore treatment,no significant differences were observed between the two groups in the TCM syndrome scores for symptoms such as yellow,sticky sputum,headache,sore throat,and chest fullness(P>0.05).After the intervention,both groups showed improvements,with the combined therapy group exhibiting a more pronounced reduction in these symptoms compared to the azithromycin-only group(P<0.05).Furthermore,serum levels of CRP and IL-6 were notably lower in the combined therapy group than in the azithromycin group(P<0.05).The frequency of adverse reactions was also lower in the combined therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Tongfu Xietan Decoction can effectively reduce the severity of symptoms and inflammatory reaction in MP children,and it is safe.
