摘要
目的身高是反映儿童生长发育的重要指标之一,家长普遍对儿童的身高增长存在一定期望,本研究分析培元助长膏促进脾虚质儿童体格发育的临床疗效。方法方法收集2023年3月-2024年3月就诊于护国寺中医医院儿科门诊的偏脾虚质儿童共62例,本研究采用连续入组的方式给予门诊患儿编号,采用不透明的信封,将符合纳入标准的受试者分为两组,每组各31例患儿。由于对照组有1例患儿失访,最终纳入统计治疗组31例,对照组30例。结果结果两组在身高增长量、中医体质有效率的评价中有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结论培元助长膏在儿童身高增长方面能起到一定的促进作用,且在中医体质改善方面能充分体现出中医特色,值得进一步推广及研究。
Objective Height serves as a critical indicator of children’s growth and development,and it is common for parents to harbor specific aspirations regarding their offspring’s height enhancement.This study aims to examine the clinical effectiveness of Peiyuan Zhuzhang paste in facilitating physical development in children diagnosed with spleen deficiency.Methods The study comprised a total of 62 children exhibiting a propensity for spleen deficiency who sought care at the pediatric outpatient department of Huguo Temple Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between March 2023 and March 2024.Participants were consecutively numbered and allocated into two groups utilizing opaque envelopes,resulting in 31 children assigned to each group.However,due to one child being lost to follow-up in the control group,the final analysis encompassed 31 children in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.Results There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of height increase,and improvement rate of TCM constitution(P<0.05).Conclusion Peiyuan Zhuzhang paste can effectively promote height growth in children and significantly improve TCM constitution,demonstrating the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is worth further promotion and research.
