摘要
目的 探讨思维导图联合案例教学法对手术室实习护生操作能力和思维能力的影响。方法 选取2021年7月至2022年6月期间广州中医药大学一附院手术室27名实习护生,纳入参比组,采取传统教学法;选取2022年7月至2023年6月期间医院手术室27名实习护生,纳入实验组,采取思维导图联合案例教学法。对比两组学生教学效果、教学满意率。结果 实验组实践操作能力、临床思维能力评分均高于参比组,教学满意率96.30%高于参比组70.37%,P<0.05。结论 在手术室实习护生带教中采取思维导图联合案例教学法可帮助实习护生增强操作能力,培养临床思维能力,提高教学满意率。
Objective:To explore the influence of mind mapping combined with case teaching method on the operation ability and thinking ability of nursing students in operating room.Methods:From July 2021 to June 2022,27 nursing students were selected from the operating room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and were included in the reference group,and the traditional teaching method was adopted;From July 2022 to June 2023,27 nursing students were selected and included in the experimental group.Mind mapping combined with case teaching method was adopted.The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of practical operation ability and clinical thinking ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,and the teaching satisfaction rate was 96.30%higher than that of the reference group 70.37%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of mind mapping combined with case teaching method in teaching practice nursing students in operating room can help them to enhance their operation ability,cultivate their clinical thinking ability and improve their teaching satisfaction rate.
