摘要
目的 探讨护理门诊实习联合CBL教学法在本科护生临床带教中的应用效果。方法 选取在四川省某三甲医院临床实习的护理本科生67人,采用护理门诊实习联合CBL教学法进行带教,教学前后使用有效教学行为调查量表、成长型思维量表、工作投入量表、坚毅量表进行调查,评价教学效果。结果 教学后本科实习护生各量表得分均高于教学前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理门诊实习联合CBL教学法有利于提高本科实习护生的临床能力及满意度;能引导护生主动学习,提高带教效率;有利于护生巩固理论知识,锻炼操作能力,提高综合素质;能完善临床护理教学设置,促进医院护理教育的发展。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing outpatient internship combined with CBL in clinical teaching for nursing undergraduates.Methods 67 nursing undergraduates interns in a Grade-A hospital in Sichuan Province were selected to conduct teaching with the combination of nursing outpatient internship and CBL teaching method.Nursing Clinical Teacher Effectiveness Inventor,Growth Thinking Scale,Utrecht Work Engagement Scale,The Grit Scale were used to investigate and evaluate the teaching effect before and after teaching.Results The undergraduate nursing interns′scores of all scales after teaching were higher than before teaching,and the difference has statistics significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nursing outpatient inte-rnship and CBL is beneficial for improving undergraduate nursing interns′clinical ability and satisfaction.As well as can guide nursing students to actively learn and improve teaching efficiency.Beneficial for nursing students to consolidate theoretical knowledge,exercise operational skills,and improve comprehensive quality.and can improve clinical nursing teaching settings and promote the development of hospital nursing education.
