以问题为导向的教学法联合基于案例的教学法在手术室护理实习教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

Application Effect of Problem-oriented Teaching Method Combined with Case-based Teaching Method in Practical Teaching of Operating Room Nursing

摘要 目的:分析以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)联合基于案例的教学法(CBL)在手术室护理实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于广东省中医院大学城医院手术室实习的护理专业学生60名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30名。对照组实施常规教学,观察组实施PBL联合CBL。比较两组教学效果。结果:观察组理论知识和实践技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组教学接受度、知识掌握、课堂效果方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组专业素养、创新思维能力、学习兴趣和积极性、自主学习能力、发现与解决问题能力、独立思考能力及文献检索能力提高率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合CBL在手术室护理实习教学中的应用效果显著,可提高实习生考核成绩、教学满意度及教学效果。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of problem-based teaching method(PBL)combined with case-based teaching method(CBL)in the practical teaching of operating room nursing.Methods:Sixty nursing students who interned in the operating room of University Town Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with thirty students in each group.The control group received conventional teaching,while the observation group received PBL combined with CBL.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group in terms of teaching acceptance,knowledge mastery and classroom effect was all higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rates of professional quality,innovative thinking ability,learning interest and enthusiasm,autonomous learning ability,problem discovery and solving ability,independent thinking ability and literature retrieval ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of PBL combined with CBL in the practical teaching of operating room nursing is remarkable,which can improve the assessment scores of interns,teaching satisfaction and teaching effect.
