摘要
目的:研制居家失能老年人“互联网+护理服务”需求调查问卷,并检验其信效度。方法:参考马斯洛需求层次理论框架,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈初步形成条目池,通过德尔菲专家函询法及预调查对条目进行修订。选取525例居家失能老年人进行调查,检验量表信效度。结果:研制居家失能老年人“互联网+护理服务”需求调查问卷包括专科护理与指导、健康管理与指导、精神慰藉与心理支持、远程护理服务、安全评估与技术支持5个维度,共32个条目。问卷总Cronbach's a系数为0.921,重测信度为0.901,问卷条目水平的内容效度指数为0.875~1.000,平均水平的内容效度指数为0.984。结合2次探索性因子分析的结果和理论框架的指导,最终保留5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为60.513%。验证性因子分析显示各指标拟合度较好。结论:居家失能老年人“互联网+护理服务”需求调查问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为调查居家失能老年人“互联网+护理服务”需求的客观测评工具。
Objective:To develop a questionnaire on the demand for"Internet+nursing services"for disabled elderly people at home,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Referring to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory framework,an item pool was initially formed through literature review and semi⁃structured interviews.The items were revised through Delphi expert inquiry method and pre⁃search.A total of 525 disabled elderly people living at home were selected for investigation to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The questionnaire on the demand for"Internet+nursing services"for disabled elderly people at home was developed,which includes five dimensions:specialized nursing and guidance,health management and guidance,mental comfort and psychological support,remote nursing services,and safety assessment and technical support,with a total of 32 items.The total Cronbach's a coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.921.And the test⁃retest reliability was 0.901.The item⁃level content validity index of the questionnaire ranged from 0.875 to 1.000.And the universal agreement of scale⁃level content validity index was 0.984.Combining the results of two exploratory factor analyses and the guidance of the theoretical framework,five common factors were finally retained.And the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 60.513%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting degree of each index was better.Conclusions:The questionnaire on the demand for"Internet+nursing services"for disabled elderly people at home has good reliability and validity.It could be used as an objective assessment tool to investigate the demand for"Internet+nursing services"among disabled elderly people at home.
