摘要
目的:检验12条目简版家庭弹性评定量表的信度与效度。方法:选取458名癌症和癫痫患儿照护者进行问卷调查,采用因子分析法并结合专家意见进行条目筛选,形成12条目简版家庭弹性评定量表。再选取285例成年癌症患者进行调查,对12条目简版家庭弹性评定量表进行信效度检验。结果:12条目简版家庭弹性评定量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.914,折半信度为0.866。量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.920,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.830~1.000。修正后的验证性因子分析模型拟合良好。结论:12条目简版家庭弹性评定量表在癌症患者中具有良好的信度和效度,可作为快速评估患者家庭弹性的测量工具。
Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the 12⁃item shortened Chinese version of the Family Resilience Assessment Scale.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 458 caregivers of children with cancer and epilepsy.A 12⁃item shortened Chinese version of the Family Resilience Assessment Scale was developed using factor analysis and screening of entries with expert opinion.A total of 285 adult cancer patients were selected for the investigation.And the reliability and validity of the 12⁃item shortened Chinese version of the Family Resilience Assessment Scale were tested.Results:The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the 12⁃item shortened Chinese version of the Family Resilience Assessment Scale was 0.914.And the split⁃half reliability was 0.866.The scale⁃level content validity index(S⁃CVI)was 0.920.And the item⁃level content validity index(I⁃CVI)ranged from 0.830 to 1.000.The revised confirmatory factor analysis model showed that all indexes of the model were in the acceptable range.Conclusions:The 12⁃item shortened Chinese version of the Family Resilience Assessment Scale has good reliability and validity among cancer patients.It could be used as a measurement tool for rapidly assessing the family resilience of patients.
