摘要
本文以“新医科”视域下的临床教师培养为切入点,以安徽中医药大学第二附属医院为例,阐述了目前中医药院校“双师双能型”教师队伍建设存在着重视程度与投入不足、教师结构与培养路径不合理、教学面临新挑战和高要求等问题,提出了构建医教融合新机制、发挥重点专科专病优势、强化三基培训更新教学理念、加强中医师承教育、培养中医思维等新举措,旨在培养具有“岗位胜任力”、契合新医科发展的复合型中医药教师队伍。
Taking the cultivation of clinical teachers from the perspective of"New Medical Disciplines"as the starting point and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper expounds that at present,in the construction of the"double-qualified and double-competent"teaching staff in Chinese medicine colleges and universities,there are problems such as insufficient attention and investment,unreasonable teacher structure and cultivation paths,and new challenges and high requirements faced by teaching.It also puts forward new measures,including constructing a new mechanism for the integration of medicine and education,giving play to the advantages of key specialties and diseases,strengthening the training of basic theories,basic knowledge and basic skills,updating teaching concepts,strengthening the inheritance education of traditional Chinese medicine,and cultivating the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.The aim is to cultivate a compound teaching staff of traditional Chinese medicine with"post competency"that conforms to the development of New Medical Disciplines.
