摘要
随着临床医学专业逐年扩招,各地医学院校多个附属医院临床教学水平不一致导致人才培养质量参差不齐的问题日益突出,同质化临床教学已成为当今医学教育共同关注的热点。新疆医科大学通过调整临床医学专业教育教学机构设置,实施"五统一"同质化教学体系改革,取得了一定的效果,为临床教学同质化的持续改革提供参考。
In recent years,the enrollment of clinical medicine specialty has increased year by year,and the level of clinical teaching in medical colleges and universities of many affiliated hospitals is inconsistent,resulting in the problem of inconsistent quality of personnel training.Therefore,the homogenization of clinical teaching has become the focus of medical education.Xinjiang Medical University has achieved good results by changing the teaching institutions of clinical medicine specialty and implementing the reform of homogenized teaching system,which provides reference for the continuous reform of clinical teaching homogenization.
