摘要
本研究基于中国典籍英译研究背景,以汉语古诗英译译者动机作为主要考察对象,对译者动机研究关键词进行量化分析,并就其关联程度加以区分。在此基础上,将汉语古诗英译译者动机研究分为个体特质、个体意识与认知、身份与社会关系、情境因素与外部环境五个维度,并分别加以详细阐述。最后对已有研究的不足之处简要评析,并指出今后研究中的重点内容与拓展方向。
Based on the research background of the English translation of Chinese classics,this study takes the translator’s motivation for the English translation of ancient Chinese poetry as the main investigation object,conducts quantitative analysis on the key words of the translator’s motivation research,and distinguishes them according to their correlation degrees.On this basis,the study categorizes the research on the translator’s motivation in the English translation of ancient Chinese poetry into five dimensions:individual traits,individual consciousness and cognition,identity and social relations,situational factors and external environment,and each dimension is reviewed in detail.Finally,the deficiencies of the existing research are briefly evaluated and analyzed,and the key contents and expansion directions in future research are expounded.
