摘要
人工智能成为推动社会进步和创新的重要战略技术,AIGC时代对面向未来人才的能力素质提出更高要求。通过文献成果、政策文件及研究报告调研,借鉴扎根理论识别挖掘AIGC时代人才的能力素质要素,构建“六边形”能力素质模型,进而基于模型关联的能力素质要素探索信息素养教育的培养策略导向,以支撑适应未来信息环境的高素质人才培养。
Artificial intelligence has become an important strategic technology to promote social progress and innova⁃tion,and the AIGC era puts forward higher requirements for the competency quality of future-oriented tal⁃ents.Through literature,policy documents and research reports,this paper identifies the elements of com⁃petence quality of talents in the AIGC era by drawing on the rooted theory,constructs a“hexagonal”com⁃petence model,and then explores the cultivation strategy of information literacy education based on the competence elements associated with the model to support the cultivation of high-quality talents adapted to the future information environment.
