摘要
随着职业本科队伍日益壮大,如何确立其不可替代性成为职业本科教育的安身立命之本。当前,职业本科教育存在趋同于高职高专和普通本科的问题:前者强调技术技能的复合但缺乏提升,后者重理论而轻实践。职业本科教育的高质量取决于高水平结构化的工作场所学习,这是其不可替代性的关键。因此,要提升职业本科教育工作场所学习的质量,必须从传统的技能匹配思维转向构建技能生态系统,注重面向未来的技能培育,形成高度依赖的跨界团队,强化在场学习和边缘参与,涵养技能文化与工匠精神。
As the vocational undergraduate cohort continues to grow,establishing its irreplaceability has become fundamental to the development of vocational undergraduate education.Currently,vocational undergraduate education faces the issue of converging with both higher vocational colleges and general universities:the former emphasizes the integration of technical skills but lacks development,while the latter focuses on theory at the expense of practice.The quality of vocational undergraduate education depends on high-level structured workplace learning,which is key to its irreplaceability.To improve the quality of workplace learning in vocational undergraduate education,it is necessary to shift from traditional skills-matching thinking to building a skills ecosystem.This includes focusing on future-oriented skills cultivation,forming highly dependent interdisciplinary teams,strengthening on-site learning and peripheral participation,and nurturing a culture of skill mastery and craftsmanship.
