摘要
羊肚菌大田栽培环境条件复杂,常易发生各类病害,导致羊肚菌产量和品质下降,造成巨大的经济损失。针对羊肚菌栽培过程中常见的侵染性病害和生理性病害,文章综述其危害特点和发生规律,并结合调查研究,整合农业、物理、化学和生物等措施,总结羊肚菌大田栽培病害的综合防控技术,以期为羊肚菌的优质高效栽培提供参考依据。
The environmental conditions of field cultivation of Morchella are complex,which is often prone to various diseases,resulting in a lower yield and quality of Morchella as well as huge economic losses.In view of the common infectious diseases and physiological diseases in the cultivation of Morchella,the harm characteristics and occurrence rules are summarized in this paper.Combined with further investigation and research,integrated agricultural,physical,chemical and biological measures,the comprehensive prevention and control techniques for diseases in field cultivation of Morchella is also summarized,which will provide a reference for the high quality and efficient cultivation of Morchella.
