武夷菌素与3种化学药剂复配对葡萄灰霉病的防效评价

摘要 生物农药与化学药剂复配对于提高葡萄灰霉病的防效和减少化学农药的使用具有重要意义。为探究生物农药武夷菌素与不同机理的化学杀菌剂复配对葡萄灰霉病的防治效果,本研究采用菌丝生长速率法进行了室内毒力测定,基于EC_(50)采用Horsfall法筛选出复配增效比,测定最佳复配比例对灰霉菌菌丝生长及分生孢子萌发的影响,并评价了复配组合对离体叶片上葡萄灰霉病的防治效果。试验筛选出武夷菌素与啶酰菌胺增效组合,体积比分别为2∶8、3∶7、4∶6、5∶5、6∶4、7∶3、9∶1,其中5∶5增效作用最显著,毒性比为1.233。武夷菌素与啶酰菌胺复配能有效抑制灰霉菌菌丝的生长和分生孢子萌发;复配组合对离体叶片上的葡萄灰霉病的防治效果可达66.58%。结果表明,武夷菌素与啶酰菌胺复配可以提高对葡萄灰霉病防治效果。 The combination of biological fungicides and chemical fungicides is an effective strategy to enhance control efficacy against grape gray mold(Botrytis cinerea)and reduce chemical fungicide usage.This study assessed the toxicity of wuyiencin in combination with different chemical fungicides against B.cinerea using the mycelial growth rate method.Based on EC_(50)values,the Horsfall method was employed to identify synergistic ratios.The optimal combination ratio was further evaluated for its effects on mycelial growth and conidial germination of B.cinerea,and its control efficacy was tested on detached grape leaves.The results showed that wuyiencin combined with boscalid at volume ratios of 2∶8,3∶7,4∶6,5∶5,6∶4,7∶3,and 9∶1 exhibited synergistic effects.The 5∶5 ratio exhibited the most significant synergistic effect,with a toxicity ratio of 1.233.The combination of wuyiencin and boscalid significantly inhibited mycelial growth and conidial germination of B.cinerea.The combination achieved a control efficacy of 66.58%on detached grape leaves.The combination of wuyiencin and boscalid enhanced the control efficacy against B.cinerea,demonstrating potential for reducing chemical fungicide dependence.These results provide a scientific and technical basis for the integrated use of biological and chemical fungicides in grape gray mold management.
