摘要
通过构建律师服务全球竞争力评价指标体系,本研究对我国20个主要城市律师服务全球竞争力进行评价和比较。结果显示:北京和上海高居第一梯队,律师服务全球竞争力远远领先国内其他城市。除北京和上海外,国内城市律师服务全球竞争力核心指标发展水平有限。根据各城市律师服务全球竞争力各维度指标特征,可将其划分为实力型、均衡发展型、基础支撑型、潜力型四类。未来国内城市可结合自身发展基础和特征,通过持续提升律师服务规模化与专业化水平、提升律师服务国际化水平、强化与全球律师服务中心城市之间的联系以及充分挖掘市场潜力等途径,进一步提升律师服务全球竞争力。
By constructing an evaluation index system for the global competitiveness of lawyer services,this paper evaluates and compares the global competitiveness of lawyer services in 20 major cities in China.The results show that Beijing and Shanghai rank in the top tier,with their lawyer services exhibiting significantly higher overall competitiveness compared to other domestic cities.Apart from Beijing and Shanghai,the development level of core indicators of global competitiveness for lawyer services in domestic cities is limited.Based on the characteristics of various dimensions of the global competitiveness of lawyer services in each city,they can be classified into four types:strength-based,balanced development,basic support,and potential.In the future,domestic cities can further enhance the global competitiveness of their lawyer services by combining their own development foundations and characteristics,continuously improving the scale and professionalization level of lawyer services,enhancing the internationalization level of lawyer services,strengthening ties with global lawyer service hub cities,and fully tapping into market potential.
