摘要
【目的/意义】构建数字人文背景下高校图书馆数字资源服务质量评价体系是推动数字服务创新和数字人文建设的可持续发展的量化依据和基础要件。【方法/过程】本文采用专家视角层次分析法和用户视角结构方程模型进行多维交叉验证,利用KANO模型开展实证数据收集与分析工作,制定科学系统的服务质量提升策略。【结果/结论】构建了四个维度19个指标的评价体系,研究表明数字资源内容质量、资源获取渠道的便捷性以及数据安全保障是提升数字资源服务质量的重点。【创新/局限】融合数字人文视角构建高校图书馆数字资源服务质量评价体系,采用多方法交叉验证确保分析数据科学性,但样本采集覆盖范围有待在后续研究中进一步丰富。
【Purpose/significance】Constructing a quality evaluation system for digital resource services in university libraries under the digital humanities background serves as a quantitative basis and fundamental requirement for promoting digital service innovation and sustainable development of digital humanities.【Method/process】This study employs a multi-dimensional cross-validation ap⁃proach combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)from experts′perspective and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)from us⁃ers′perspective.The KANO model is utilized for empirical data collection and analysis to develop scientific and systematic service quality improvement strategies.【Result/conclusion】A four-dimensional evaluation system comprising 19 indicators was established.The research indicates that digital resource content quality,accessibility of resource acquisition channels,and data security assurance are key factors in improving digital resource service quality.【Innovation/limitation】This study innovatively incorporates the digital hu⁃manities perspective into constructing a quality evaluation system for university libraries′digital resource services.The adoption of multiple methods for cross-validation ensures the scientific validity of the analysis.However,the sample coverage needs to be further enriched in future research.
