新生代农民工返乡创业环境评价指标体系构建研究

摘要 新生代农民工作为农民工返乡创业主体,其成功创业对乡村振兴发展具有重要价值。研究通过问卷收集一手数据,在借鉴GEM模型的基础上,设计了新生代农民工返乡创业环境评价指标体系,主要包括9个一级指标、34个二级指标,并运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法对江苏省新生代农民工返乡创业环境进行评价。
