摘要
为提升橡胶球铰的试验效率,提出一种新型两点三向加载试验方案。通过对橡胶球铰力学性能研究,分析比较了两点三向与三点三向加载方法。结果表明:两点三向装置(2个油缸)可完全替代三点三向装置(3个油缸),节约了1/3油缸资源;增加了角度可视化功能,可实时监测球铰偏转和扭转角度;该通用多轴疲劳装置方案还可应用于锥形簧、橡胶堆等金属橡胶弹性元件。
To improve the testing efficiency of rubber ball joint,a novel two-point triaxial(2P3A)loading testing scheme was proposed.Through the study of the mechanical properties of rubber ball joint,the 2P3A and three-point triaxial(3P3A)loading methods were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the 2P3A configuration(employing two hydraulic cylinders)could completely replaced the 3P3A system(utilizing three hydraulic cylinders),achieving 1/3 reduction in hydraulic cylinder consumption.The optimized design incorporated real-time angular visualization capability for monitoring hinge deflection and torsion angles during operation.Furthermore,this universal multiaxial fatigue testing frame work exhibited potential for extended applications in evaluating metal-rubber elastic components,including conical springs and rubber suspension blocks,demonstrating significant cross-domain adaptability.
