Improvement of traction rubber bushing structure for metro vehicles

摘要 文章详细介绍了某地铁车辆牵引橡胶关节初始设计方案的结构特点及存在的缺陷,并提出了改进的思路,利用有限元分析确定了新结构。刚度和疲劳试验表明,新结构能够满足100万km以上的使用要求。 This article presents structure characteristics design for metro vehicles, and puts forward the improvement The test of static stiffness and strengthen fatigue show that the and defects of the traction rubber bushing initial idea.
