环保促进剂在乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶中的应用研究

摘要 研究了传统促进剂DOTG-75及环保促进剂ACT-55、ACT-70、XLA-60对乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶的硫化特性、力学性能、耐热空气老化性能、耐油性能、压缩永久变形及耐低温性能的影响。结果表明,与传统促进剂DOTG相比,环保促进剂ACT-55或XLA-60的AEM混炼胶的硫化速率均有所提高,硫化胶交联密度增大,加入XLA-60的共混胶交联密度最大;力学性能明显增强,老化性能更佳。 The effects of traditional accelerators DOTG,environmentally friendly accelerator;ACT-55,ACT-70 and XLA-60 on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties,hot air aging resistance,oil resistance,compression set and low temperature resistance of acrylic rubber were investigated.The results showed that compared with the traditional accelerator DOTG,the vulcanization rate of AEM blends added with new environmentally friendly accelerator ACT-55 or XLA-60 increased,and the crosslinking density of vulcanized blends increased,among which the crosslinking density of blends added with ACT-55 was the highest.Moreover,the mechanical properties were significantly enhanced and the aging performance was better.
