摘要
使用MGKJ型密炼机混炼微机监控系统,在BB270型密炼机上预测混炼胶的门尼粘度值,实现了胎面胶门尼粘度值的预测。预测值与实测值的差平均为08(相对误差1%)。借助预测门尼粘度的数学模型,对排胶点进行控制,使混炼胶门尼粘度的波动范围为-3~+3。
The MGKJ Computer monitoring System for Internal Mixer was used to predict the mix Mooney viscosity in the BB270 internal mixer.The results showed that the average difference between the predicted value and the measured value was 0 8(the relative error was 1%),thus the prediction of the Mooney viscosity of tread compound was realized.The dumping point was controlled by means of the mathematical model for predicting Mooney viscosity to make the deviation of the mix Mooney vicosity within ±3.
