摘要
介绍海洋油田用充油补偿皮囊组件的结构优化设计(以氟橡胶胶料作为补偿皮囊胶料),并对优化设计后的充油补偿皮囊组件进行有限元仿真分析和实际使用验证。结果表明:充油补偿皮囊组件的结构优化实现了补偿皮囊与金属基体的一体化结构设计;优化设计后充油补偿皮囊组件的最大应力减小,在抽真空和高温(175℃)注油条件下使用状态良好,满足实际使用要求。该一体化结构设计思路可为目前同类型组件的结构化设计提供指导。
The structural optimization design of the oil filled compensation rubber bladder assembly for offshore oil fields(using fluororubber rubber compound as the compensation rubber bladder compound)was introduced,and the optimized design of oil filled compensation rubber bladder assembly was subjected to finite element simulation analysis and practical use verification.The results indicated that,the structural optimization of the oil filled compensation rubber bladder assembly achieved the integrated structural design of the compensation rubber bladder and the metal substrate.The maximum stress of the oil filled compensation rubber bladder assembly after optimization design was reduced,and it performed well under vacuum pumping and high-temperature(175℃)oil filling condition,meeting the actual use requirements.This integrated structural design concept could provide guidance for the current structural design of similar assemblies.
