桉树木质素对天然橡胶胶料老化性能的影响研究

摘要 研究桉树木质素对天然橡胶(NR)胶料老化性能的影响。结果表明:桉树木质素对NR胶料的硫化有迟延作用,对胶料的硫化速率的影响介于防老剂264与2246之间;桉树木质素对胶料的热氧老化和臭氧老化防护效果优于防老剂264,与防老剂2246和RD接近,不及防老剂4020,对胶料的紫外光老化防护效果优于防老剂264和2246,与防老剂RD相当,比防老剂4020差;桉树木质素/防老剂4020并用对胶料的硫化速率有影响,随着桉树木质素并用量的增大,胶料的硫化速率变慢,但胶料的F_(L)、F_(max)-F_(L)和物理性能变化不大;当桉树木质素/防老剂4020并用比为(0.5~1)∶(1.5~1)时,其对胶料的热氧老化、臭氧老化和紫外光老化防护效果较好,与防老剂4020单用的防护效果接近,桉树木质素与防老剂4020并用具有协同防护效应。 The effect of eucalyptus lignin on the aging performance of natural rubber(NR)compounds was studied.The results showed that eucalyptus lignin had a delayed effect on the vulcanization of NR compound,and its effect on the vulcanization rate of the compound was between that of antioxidants 264 and 2246.The protective effect of eucalyptus lignin on the thermal oxidative aging and ozone aging of the compound was superior to that of antioxidant 264,close to that of antioxidants 2246 and RD,and inferior to that of antioxidant 4020.Its protective effect on the UV aging of the compound was better than that of antioxidants 264 and 2246,comparable to that of antioxidant RD,but worse than that of antioxidant 4020.The blending of eucalyptus lignin and antioxidant 4020 had an impact on the vulcanization rate of the compound.As the amount of eucalyptus lignin increased,the vulcanization rate of the compound slowed down,but the changes in F_(L),F_(max)-F_(L) and physical properties of the compound were minimal.When the blending ratio of eucalyptus lignin/antioxidant 4020 was(0.5~1)∶(1.5~1),the protective effect on the thermal oxidative aging,ozone aging and UV aging of the compound was better,which was similar to that of antioxidant 4020 alone.The blending of eucalyptus lignin and antioxidant 4020 had a synergistic protective.
