护理伦理学“知识-能力-情感”三位一体的教学创新与实践

摘要 目的优化护理伦理学课程教学设计,为其他院校护理伦理学课程建设提供有益借鉴。方法直面护理伦理学课程教学中的三大痛点:学生伦理认知深度不足、伦理实践机会缺乏和伦理情感未全面激发,对应构建“知识-能力-情感”三位一体的教学创新模式。结果该模式涵盖了三大举措:强知识,即通过探究学习,深化学生的护理伦理认知;提能力,即通过实践体悟,强化学生的护理伦理行为;塑情感,即通过课程思政,培育学生护理伦理情感。结论该教学创新有效提高了学生的伦理知识、伦理决策能力及道德修养水平,并催生了具有辐射效应的创新成果,丰富了课程内涵建设。 Objective In order to solve the problems in the traditional teaching of Nursing Ethics,the course team innovated the teaching design,for providing useful reference for other colleges.Methods Facing three teaching pain points including insufficient depth of ethical cognition,lack of opportunities for ethical practice,and incomplete stimulation of ethical emotions,a trinity teaching innovation model of‘knowledge·ability·emotion'was constructed.Results The model included three system initiatives namely 1)Through inquiry learning to strengthen students'cognition of nursing ethics;2)Strengthen students'nursing ethical behavior;3)Through curriculum ideological and political to cultivate their ethical emotions.Conclusion This model can effectively improve students'ethical knowledge,decision-making ability and moral cultivation,and stimulate students'independent learning ability.
