摘要
通过分析我国护理伦理学院校课程教育、实习延续教育和医院继续教育现状,发现我国护理伦理学教育在教育体系、教学内容、师资力量、教学方法等方面需要改善,建议构建一个包含终身性的教育体系、实践性的教学内容、双师型的师资队伍、多样性的教学方法体系,从而形成一个适应我国国情、满足我国医疗卫生发展需求的护理伦理学教学体系。
Through analyzing the current situation of curriculum education,practice continuing education and hospital continuing education in the college of nursing ethics in China,this paper found that there were many problems in the education system,teaching content,faculty and teaching methods of nursing ethics education in China,and proposed to build a lifelong education system,a practice teaching content,a ＂double type＂teacher team and a diversity teaching methods system,thus forming a nursing ethics teaching system suitable for China＇s national conditions and meeting the needs of medical and health development in China.
