大学生的学习投入与人格坚韧性的关系 被引量:76

A Study on the Learning Engagement and Health-related Hardiness of Undergraduates and Their Relationship

摘要 为了了解当代大学生的学习心理,采用问卷法对408名不同性别、年级和专业的大学生进行了学习投入和健康坚韧性的研究。结果表明:当代大学生的学习投入程度和健康坚韧性水平一般,女大学生在学习的活力和总投入上要高于男大学生,但在健康坚韧性上两者无差异。大一学生的投入水平最高,大二学生的健康坚韧性水平最高,大四学生两者都是最低。文科学生的奉献和总投入水平最高,显著高于理科和工科学生,不同专业的学生在健康坚韧性上并无显著差异。承诺是大学生学习投入最重要的预测变量。 In order to understand the learning psychology of current undergraduates, scales were used to study the learning engagement and health-related hardiness of 408 undergraduates of different genders, grades and majors. The results show that both the level of undergraduates' learning engagement and health-related hardiness are not high. In term of gender, Female students have a higher level than males on vigor and total engagement, but there it's no significantly gender differences on heahh-related hardi- ness. In term of grade, freshmen have the highest level on learning engagement, sophomores have the highest level on heahh-related hardiness, and senior students are the lowest level on two variables. In term of major, students of arts have the highest level of devotion and absorption, but there is no significantly major difference on health-related hardiness. In addition, commitment is the most important predicators of undergraduates' learning engagement.
