摘要
结合共同体和档案治理的含义,探讨档案治理共同体的概念与关键要素,指出档案治理共同体是在档案治理上有相同特质的多个主体围绕档案治理相互关联和合作而结成的群体形式;作为有机综合体,其以档案治理为志业,以共同性为联结根基,以多元主体整合为内核,但成员间亦有分异;支撑档案治理共同体的关键要素为共同体成员、共同体关系、共同体纽带、共同体规范和共同的行动机制。
Combining the meanings of community and Archives governance,the concept and key elements of Archives governance community are explored,the results show that Archives governance community is a group form formed by multiple subjects which are with the same characteristics in Archives governance and interconnected and cooperated around Archives governance.As an organic complex,it takes Archives governance as its mission,commonality as its connection foundation,and the integration of multiple subjects as its core,but there are also differences among its members.The key elements supporting the Archives governance community are community members,community relations,community ties,community norms a nd common action mechanisms.
