摘要
目的 探讨多学科协作下院际转运方案在急诊主动脉夹层患者中的应用效果。方法 选取某医院2022年1月至2023年12月急诊院际转运的80例急诊主动脉夹层患者为研究对象。2022年1月至12月以常规院际转运方式转运的40例患者为对照组,2023年1月至12月开展多学科协作模式下院际转运的40例患者为观察组。对照组采用常规院际转运方案,观察组实施多学科协作模式下院际转运方案,成立多学科协作院际转运干预小组,依据循证证据制订干预方案并实施。比较两组患者转运准备时间、转运交接完成时间、转运不良事件发生率以及患者和家属满意度得分的差异。结果 观察组转运准备时间、转运交接完成时间、转运不良事件发生率、患者和家属满意度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多学科协作的院际转运方案可有效缩短急诊主动脉夹层患者院际转运时间,降低转运不良事件发生率,提高救治效率以及患者和家属满意度,为进一步探索跨院区急危重症患者院际安全转运模式提供参考和借鉴。
Objective To explore the application effect of an inter-hospital transport scheme under multidisciplinary collaboration in patients with acute aortic dissection.Methods A total pf 80 patients with acute aortic dissection were selected as the research subjects between January 2022 and December 2023 and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The control group adopted the routine inter-hospital transport scheme from January to December,2022,while the observation group received the inter-hospital transport scheme under the multidisciplinary collaboration from January to December,2023,which included establishing a multidisciplinary inter-hospital transport intervention group and formulating and implementing an evidence-based intervention scheme.The transit preparation time,transit handover completion time,incidence of transit adverse events,and satisfaction scores of patient and family were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of transfer preparation time,transfer completion time,incidence of adverse events,and satisfaction of patients and their families in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaboration inter-hospital transport scheme effectively shortens the inter-hospital transport time for patients with acute aortic dissection,reduces the incidence of adverse events,improve the treatment efficiency and enhances the satisfaction of patients and their families.It can provide reference for further exploration of safe inter-hospital transport modes for critically ill patients across hospital areas.
