摘要
目的探讨专职小组协作式线上指导在胎膜早破急诊产妇院前转运中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2023年1月至2024年12月南通市妇幼保健院接诊的104例胎膜早破急诊产妇,根据院前转运过程中使用的护理方案分组,常规组(52例)接受传统院前急救护理,协作组(52例)接受专职小组协作式线上指导,比较两组急救反应时间、送院时间、不良母婴结局总发生率、院前转运服务质量的满意度评分。结果协作组的急救反应时间与送院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。协作组产后出血、新生儿呼吸窘迫、宫内感染不良母婴结局总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。协作组对院前转运服务质量的满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在胎膜早破急诊产妇中应用专职小组协作式线上指导,有助于缩短急救反应时间与送院时间,减少不良母婴结局的发生,并提高产妇的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of dedicated team collaborative online guidance in prehospital transport of puerpera with premature rupture of membrane in emergency.Methods A total of 104 emergency puerpera with premature rupture of membrane admitted to Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing plan used in the pre-hospital transport process,the conventional group(52 cases)received traditional pre-hospital emergency care,and the cooperative group(52 cases)received dedicated team collaborative online guidance.The emergency response time,transport time,the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,and the satisfaction score of pre-hospital transport service quality were compared between the two groups.Results The emergency response time and transport time of the cooperative group were shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal respiratory distress,and intrauterine infection in the cooperative group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the cooperative group on the quality of pre-hospital transfer service was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dedicated team collaborative online guidance in emergency puerpera with premature rupture of membrane can help shorten the emergency response time and transport time,reduce the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,and improve the satisfaction of puerpera.
