摘要
目的探讨多学科协作下全程管理在肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心呕吐中的应用及实施效果。方法选取2019年1月至11月在某肿瘤医院中西医结合科接受静脉化疗的肿瘤患者524例为研究对象,按照住院时间分为对照组258例和观察组266例;对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施多学科协作下全程管理,比较两组患者化疗所致恶心呕吐发生情况及满意度。结果干预后观察组患者化疗所致恶心呕吐发生率和发生等级均低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作下全程管理改善了肿瘤化疗患者恶心呕吐的症状,提高了患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application and implementation effect of the whole management of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting in cancer patients with multidisciplinary team.Methods A total of 524 tumor patients who received intravenous chemotherapy in Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of a cancer hospital from January to November 2019 were selected as the subjects,who were divided into control group(n=258)and observation group(n=266).The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received whole-course management based on multi-disciplinary collaboration.The incidence and satisfaction of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05)and patients'satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative whole-course management promoted the symptoms of nausea and vomiting in chemotherapy patients and improved their satisfaction.
