摘要
目的探讨基于SHEL分析法的院内转运管理模式在减少危重症患者护理不良事件中的效果。方法采用方便的抽样方法,将2018年1月至6月的100例危重患者作为对照组,2018年7月-12月的100例危重患者作为实验组,对照组采用该现行的院内转运管理模式,实验组采用基于SHEL分析的院内转运管理模式,比较两组患者在院内转运时不良事件的发生率、接收科室的满意度及转运的耗时。结果实验组的院内转运时不良事件的发生率明显低于对照组,转运耗时明显缩短。两组间的差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对危重症患者实施基于SHEL分析的院内转运管理模式,能有效降低缩短转运时间、减少转运途中不良事件的发生率,既保证了危重患者转运途中的安全又提高了医护合作能力,值得临床进行推广。
Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management of hospital transport early warning based on SHEL analysis in reducing adverse events of nursing care for critically ill patients.Methods Through convenient sampling method,100 critically ill patients from January to June 2018 were selected as the control group,and 100 critically ill patients from July to December 2018 were selected as the experimental group.The current nosocomial transport management model was adopted in the control group,while the model based on SHEL analysis was adopted in the experimental group.The incidence of adverse events,the satisfaction of receiving departments and the transport time were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events during transport in hospital in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the transport time was shorter than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of SHEL analysis based hospital transport early warning hierarchical management for critically ill patients can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in transit.This management mode not only ensure the safety of critically ill patients in transit,but also improve the ability of medical cooperation,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
