摘要
金融赋能农业新质生产力,是金融服务实体经济的内在要求和必然选择,其内在逻辑在于促进农业“技术突破—要素升级—产业跃迁”动态循环机制的构建。同时,农业新质生产力的核心内涵聚焦于技术驱动。因而,金融赋能农业新质生产力的着力点在于助力农业科技创新以及农业技术与农业生产要素融合催生的未来农业新形态,通过推动金融与科技的深度融合,构建“政府引导、市场主导、农民参与”的农业科技金融生态体系,并着重关注五大路径选择。
Empowering the new quality productive forces of agriculture through finance is the internal requirement and inevitable choice of financial services for the real economy.Its internal logic lies on promoting the establishment of a dynamic circulation mechanism in agriculture that integrates technological breakthroughs,factor upgrading,and industrial transition.At the same time,the core connotation of the new quality productive forces of agriculture focuses on technology-driven.Therefore,the focus point of empowering the new quality productive forces of agriculture through finance lies in supporting agricultural technology innovation and the new form of agriculture in the future that is born from the integration of agricultural technology and agricultural production factors.This can be achieved by promoting the deep integration of finance and technology,building a"government-guided,market-driven,farmerinvolved"agro-tech financial ecosystem,and focusing on the five major path options proposed in this paper.
