摘要
对外贸易是国民经济的重要组成部分,新质生产力则是推动贸易高质量发展的重要力量。从新质生产力探讨入手,系统梳理和归纳了中国贸易的新特征及其高质量发展面临的新挑战,随后,深入剖析了新质生产力赋能中国贸易高质量发展的四项创新手段和五大作用机制。基于此,针对性地构建了新质生产力赋能中国贸易高质量发展的实施路径与策略框架,涵盖完善新型举国体制、发挥新质生产力战略引领作用,加大科技创新力度、培育壮大新兴产业和未来产业,加速新型数据要素融合、蓄积贸易高质量发展新动能,推动传统产业绿色低碳转型、构建中国式现代化产业体系等。
Foreign trade is an important part of the national economy,and new quality productive force is an important force in promoting high-quality development of trade.Starting with the discussion of new quality productive forces,this paper systematically sorts out and summarizes the new characteristics of China's trade and the new challenges faced by high-quality development.Then,it deeply analyzes the four innovative means and five functional mechanisms of high-quality development of China's trade empowered by new quality productive forces.Based on this,this paper purposefully constructs a implementation path and strategic framework for high-quality development of China's trade empowered by new quality productive force,including improving the new national system to make full use of the strategic leading role of new quality productivity,increasing scientific and technological innovation to cultivate and expand emerging industries and future industries,accelerating the integration of new data factors,and accumulating new momentum for high-quality trade development to promote green and low-carbon transformation of traditional industries,and build a Chinese modernization industrial system.
