摘要
依据中国省级动态面板数据模型,利用系统广义矩估计方法,重点实证考察我国1998—2007年金融支持对自主创新的影响。结果发现,若用三种专利之和衡量创新产出,则金融支持对创新具有显著的正向影响;但若将专利分开考察,则得出不同的结论,即金融支持对代表技术模仿的实用新型和外观设计有显著的正向影响,而对代表技术创新的发明专利产出无显著影响。
Through knowledge production function,this paper investigates the relationship of financial support and output of innovation using Chinese provincial Dynamic Panel Data.The study shows that financial support has significant effect on Utility Models and Designs,but no significant effect on Creations and Inventions.Enterprise funds have significant effect on Creations and Inventions,and its output elasticity is higher than that of government funds.In all of them,human capital elasticity is highest.In the short run,innovation process is increasing returns and imitation process is decreasing returns to inputs,but all increasing in the long run.
