摘要
二氧化碳捕捉利用与封存技术(CCUS)是实现化石能源低碳利用的战略储备技术,也是赋能中国碳达峰碳中和的关键性产业,但是目前来看中国CCUS产业示范项目发展迅速,但与大规模商业化还存在差距;CCUS产业工程投资巨大、运营成本仍需降低;CCUS产业存在二氧化碳泄漏风险,需加强监测技术发展。因此,未来CCUS产业发展需要以新质生产力升级CCUS绿色低碳技术;搭建CCUS全产业链数据平台,实现信息共享;探索国家政策驱动模式,推动良好商业模式构建;深化CCUS产业国际交流与合作,形成共同治理模式,最终推动CCUS产业高质量发展。
Carbon capture,utilization,and storage technology(CCUS)is a strategic reserve technology for achieving low-carbon utilization of fossil energy sources,and is also a key industrial sector for enabling China s carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.However,despite the rapid development of CCUS demonstration projects in China,there is still a gap between them and large-scale commercialization.The investment in CCUS industrial engineering is huge,and operating costs still need to be reduced.There is also a risk of CO_(2)leakage in the CCUS industry,which requires the development of monitoring technologies.Therefore,the future development of the CCUS industry needs to upgrade CCUS green and low-carbon technologies with new quality productivity.Building a full-chain data platform for CCUS will facilitate realization of information sharing.This study aims to explore national policy-driven models to promote the formation of good business models.By deepening international exchanges and cooperation in the CCUS industry,it is expected to form a common governance model to ultimately promote the high-quality development of the CCUS industry.
