基于产业复杂网络的黄河流域中下游虚拟碳交换模式与效应研究

Study on the Model and Effect of Virtual Carbon Exchange in the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yellow River Basin Based on Industrial Complex Network

摘要 低碳高质量发展是中国式现代化的重要目标和内在要求,而黄河流域当前仍然面临着严峻的产业体系高碳问题。把握黄河流域产业系统碳流运转特征和关键调控路径,对于流域实现低碳转型发展和加快推进中国式现代化进程具有重要意义。本文从虚拟碳视角,利用多区域投入产出模型(MRIO)构建黄河流域产业碳流网络并进行虚拟碳流结构模式与效应分析。首先基于WI指数过滤区域碳流矩阵,建立产业碳流网络,清晰呈现产业间碳流交换模式,并从产业和地区两个层面设计碳流溢出度、吸收度、平衡度等描述区域碳交换效应。采用2015、2017年区域间投入产出数据进行实证分析。研究结果发现高碳溢出与高碳吸收产业具有序列集成性、关键性产业碳生产与消费链的推拉作用,各省的碳交换角色不平衡等是黄河流域中下游高碳发展重要结构因素。最后从加快新能源产业替代和绿色创新、促进绿色消费和建设区域数字化、智能化虚拟碳管控平台等方面提出建议。 Low-carbon and high-quality development is an important goal and inherent requirement of Chinese-style modernization,but the Yellow River Basin is still facing a severe problem of high carbon industrial system.It is of great significance to grasp the operation characteristics and key regulation paths of carbon flow in the industrial system of the Yellow River Basin to realize low-carbon transformation development and accelerate the process of Chinese-style modernization.From the perspective of virtual carbon,this paper constructs industrial carbon flow network in Yellow River Basin by using multi-regional input-output model(MRIO)and analyzes the structural model and effect of virtual carbon flow.Firstly,an industrial carbon flow network was established based on the regional carbon flow matrix filtered by WI index and the carbon flow exchange mode between industries was clearly presented.The regional carbon exchange effect was described by carbon spill degree,absorption degree and balance from the two levels of industry and region.The inter-regional input-output data for 2015 and 2017 were used for empirical analysis.The results show that the integration in sequence of industries with high carbon spill and high carbon absorption,the push and pull effects of key industries in carbon production and consumption chains,and the imbalance of carbon exchange roles among provinces are important structural factors for the high carbon development in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin.Finally,suggestions are put forward from accelerating the replacement of new energy industry and green innovation,promoting green consumption,and building regional digitalization and intelligent virtual carbon tube control platform.
