摘要
船舶行驶中所产生的随机振动,会导致疲劳问题的出现,从而影响船舶使用寿命,为此构建船舶寿命估计的数学模型,并利用实验验证该模型的实际应用效果。获取船舶综合数据,分析各构件疲劳程度,采用网格划分形式,确定裂纹扩展方向,获取具体能量释放情况,计算应力强度因子,并将所得数据加以修正,完成船舶寿命估计数学模型的构建。利用仿真对照实验,验证该模型在实际应用中的寿命估计效果,将所构建的模型,通过不同模拟谱在不同船体部位加以验证,并与现有模型相对照。结果表明,所构建模型能够适用于不同谱型的功率谱密度,顺利完成船舶寿命估计工作。
The random vibration produced during the ship’s running will lead to the occurrence of fatigue problems,which will affect the service life of the ship.Therefore,a mathematical model for the estimation of the ship’s service life is constructed,and the actual application effect of the model is verified by experiments.Obtain the comprehensive data of the ship,analyze the fatigue degree of each component,determine the direction of crack growth,obtain the specific energy release,calculate the stress intensity factor,and modify the data to complete the construction of the mathematical model of ship life estimation.The simulation experiment is used to verify the life estimation effect of the model in practical application.The model is verified in different hull parts by different simulation spectrum,and compared with the existing model.The results show that the model can be applied to different spectral power spectral density,and successfully complete the ship life estimation.
