摘要
基于频域的疲劳分析方法是解决结构在随机载荷下疲劳寿命预测问题的有效手段,但该方法的疲劳损伤计算模型多样且精度不一。详细介绍了窄带近似法、Wirsching-Light法、α_(0.75)法、Tovo-Benasciutti法、Zhao-Baker法、Dirlik法6种基于频域的疲劳损伤计算模型。根据所采集到的车辆公共道路载荷谱,结合6种计算模型对汽车底盘关键零部件进行了损伤计算,并以时域损伤计算结果为基准,对6种频域疲劳损伤计算模型的准确性进行对比。结果表明,当随机载荷过程为宽带随机过程时,改进的TB法和Dirlik方法预测结果较为准确;当随机载荷过程为窄带随机过程时,Dirlik法和改进的ZB方法有较高的准确性与适用性。
Fatigue analysis based on frequency domain is an effective means to solve the problem of fatigue life prediction under random loadings.However,fatigue damage calculation model is diverse and accuracy is different.Six kinds of fatigue damage calculation models based on frequency domain are introduced in detail,such as narrowband approximation,Wirsching-Light,theα_0.75 method,Tovo-Benasciutti,Zhao-Baker and Dirlik method.According to the collected road load spectrum of the public,six kinds of calculation models are used to calculate the damage of the key components of the automobile chassis.The accuracy of six kinds of fatigue damage calculation models in the frequency domain is compared with the time domain damage calculation results.The results show that the improved Tovo-Benasciutti and Dirlik methods are accurate when the random load process is a wide-band random process.When the stochastic load process is a narrow band random process,the Dirlik method and the improved ZB method have high accuracy.
