摘要
现有方法由于数据计算处理时间过长,存在着超调较大、调节时间较长的缺陷,无法满足现今船舶稳定航行的需求,为此提出云计算技术下船舶发电机组转速控制方法研究。构建船舶发电机组调速器数学模型,获取发电机组负载模型,以此为基础,引入云计算技术设计云模型控制器,并将其与PID控制方法有效结合,确定比例因子、量化因子与PID控制参数,调节云模型控制器,从而推动调速器运行,最终实现了船舶发电机组转速的自动控制。仿真实验结果显示,与现有方法相比较,提出方法超调较小,调节时间较短,充分说明提出方法转速控制性能更佳。
Due to the long time of data calculation and processing, the existing methods have the defects of large overset and long adjustment time, which cannot meet the requirements of stable navigation of current ships. Therefore, the research on the speed control method of ship generator set under cloud computing technology is proposed. Build a mathematical model of ship generator governor for generator load model, and on this basis, the introduction of cloud computing cloud model controller is designed, and combined with the PID control method is effective to determine the scale factor and quantification factors and the PID control parameters, adjust the cloud model controller, run by the governor, finally realizes the automatic control of ship generator speed. The simulation results show that compared with the existing methods, the proposed method has smaller overshoot and shorter adjustment time, which fully indicates that the proposed method has better speed control performance.
