摘要
在船舶发电机组测试过程中,受到测试程序的影响,使得系统响应时间较长。因此,提出结合PLC和Labview的船舶发电机组测试系统开发研究。硬件部分针对电气控制柜、电子负载进行设计,软件部分在PLC技术的作用下,完成测试流程和发电机组测试数据的控制。通过以太网,建立PLC和Labview的通信以促进测试过程中变量数据的传递。最后,在Labview程序的作用下,利用不同函数和工具完成发电机组测试并以报表形式呈现测试结果。实验结果表明:额定功率条件下,本文系统的平均响应时间相比2种传统系统分别减少了1.04 s,1.18 s;功率递增条件下,本文系统将响应时间降低了68%,65%。
In the test process of marine generator set, the response time of the system is long because of the influence of the test program. Therefore, the development of marine generator test system based on PLC and Labview is proposed. In hardware design, electrical control cabinet and electronic load are designed. Software design, in the role of PLC technology,complete the test process and generator test data control. Through Ethernet, the communication between PLC and Labview is established to promote the transmission of variable data in the test process. Finally, under the action of the Labview program,different functions and tools are used to complete the generator test and present it in the form of a report. The test results show that: under the condition of rated power, the average response time of the designed system is reduced by 1.04 s and1.18 s respectively compared with the traditional system;under the condition of increasing power, the response time of the designed system is reduced by 68% and 65%.
