摘要
尽管船舶导航和AIS系统能够为船舶操作人员提供船舶会遇信息,但由于缺少决策信息,导致船舶操纵人员的指令存在误差,进而导致船舶碰撞等事故。针对这一问题,本文设计一种海上多船紧急局面下的船舶智能避碰系统,该系统的优势在于结合了BP算法和数据融合技术,能够为船舶用户提供准确的船舶避碰决策,提高船舶航行的安全性。
Although ship navigation and AIS system can provide ship encounter information for ship operators,due to the lack of decision information,there are errors in the instructions of ship operators,resulting in ship collision and other accidents.To solve this problem,this paper designs a ship intelligent collision avoidance system in the emergency situation of multiple ships at sea.The advantage of the system is that it combines BP algorithm and data fusion technology,which can provide accurate ship collision avoidance decisions for ship users and improve the safety of ship navigation.
