摘要
船舶在水面上航行时,可能会遇到其他船舶或是一些障碍物,若是仍然按照既定航线行进,则会对目标发生碰撞。为保证船舶的航行安全性,需要进行避碰。避碰是保护船舶安全航行的重要手段,想要有效避碰,就必须对相关的信息进行收集和分析,据此产生出合理可行的决策,船舶通过对该决策的执行,达到避碰的目的。船舶在应用智能避碰系统时,应当对航行速度和安全性进行综合考虑,如果速度过慢,会影响经济性,所以应采用合理算法,对避碰路径进行规划。
When a ship is sailing on the water, it may encounter other ships or some obstacles. If it continues to follow the established route, it will collide with the target. To ensure the safety of ships, collision avoidance is required. Collision avoidance is an important means to protect the safe navigation of ships. To effectively avoid collisions, relevant information must be collected and analyzed, and a reasonable and feasible decision can be generated based on this. The ship achieves the purpose of collision avoidance by implementing the decision.. When a ship uses an intelligent collision avoidance system,the navigation speed and safety should be considered comprehensively. If the speed is too slow, it will affect the economy, so an algorithm should be used to plan the collision avoidance path.
