摘要
目的研究精细化管理对医院医疗设备维护和保养质量的影响。方法选取2024年9月-2025年5月我院实施精细化管理的医疗设备82件设为观察组,2024年1月-8月实施常规管理的医疗设备82件设为对照组,对比两组医疗设备维修时间、设备管理质量(设备故障发生率、设备管理规范率、设备维护差错率、设备自修率、升级有效率),以及设备效益评分(管理成本、人力资源投入、医疗设备购入成本)。结果观察组医疗设备维修时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组设备故障发生率、设备维护差错率均低于对照组,设备管理规范率、设备自修率、升级有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组管理成本、人力资源投入、医疗设备购入成本评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理可促进医院医疗设备维护和保养质量水平,提高设备管理规范率,降低设备故障发生率,缩短维修时间,促进设备自修与升级的实现。同时可提升医疗设备效益,为医疗机构构建精益化设备管理体系提供新方向,并且为医疗设备维修、维护管理提供更可靠、高效的支持。
Objective To investigate the impact of refined management on the quality of maintenance and service for hospital medical equipment.Methods From September 2024 to May 2025,82 pieces of medical equipment with fine management in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 82 pieces of medical equipment with routine management from January to August 2024 were selected as the control group.The maintenance time,equipment management quality(equipment failure rate,equipment management standard rate,equipment maintenance error rate,equipment self repair rate,upgrade efficiency),as well as the equipment benefit score(management cost,human resource input,medical equipment purchase cost)were compared between the two groups.Results The maintenance time of medical equipment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The equipment failure rate and equipment maintenance error rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the equipment management standard rate,equipment self repair rate and upgrade efficiency were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of management cost,human resource input and medical equipment purchase cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined management can promote the quality of maintenance and service for hospital medical equipment,improve the equipment management standard rate,reduce the equipment failure rate,shorten the maintenance time,and promote the realization of self repair and upgrading of equipment.At the same time,it can improve the efficiency of medical equipment,provide a new direction for medical institutions to build a lean equipment management system,and provide more reliable and efficient support for medical equipment maintenance and management.
