摘要
探讨分析对乳腺癌患者采用保留乳房的乳腺癌切除术与改良根治术治疗的效果。选取桂林医学院附属医院2022年1月—2024年1月收治的88例乳腺癌患者进行研究。采用双色小球法将其分为参照组和研究组,每组各44例。参照组接受乳腺癌改良根治术治疗,研究组接受保留乳房的乳腺癌切除术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,研究组的生活质量评分较参照组更高,各项血清肿瘤标志物水平较参照组更低,心理弹性评分较参照组更高,各项围手术期指标较参照组更优,并发症发生率较参照组更低,上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对乳腺癌患者采用保留乳房的乳腺癌切除术进行治疗,能够取得理想的效果,具有推广价值。
To explore and analyze the effects of breast-conserving mastectomy and modifi ed radical mastectomy in the treatment of breast cancer patients.A total of 88 breast cancer patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected for the study.They were divided into a reference group and a research group by the two-color ball method,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group received modifi ed radical mastectomy for breast cancer,and the research group received breast-conserving mastectomy for breast cancer,and the treatment eff ects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,the levels of various serum tumor markers were lower than those of the reference group,the psychological resilience score was higher than that of the reference group,various perioperative indicators were better than those of the reference group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the reference group.All the above index differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).It is found that using breast-conserving mastectomy for breast cancer patients can achieve ideal results and has promotion value.
