摘要
目的 探讨放射治疗技术在乳腺癌保留乳房手术后的应用效果。方法 将2022年4月至2023年6月作为研究周期,将该时间段内到湖南省人民医院(晓庄学院附属第一医院)接受系列诊疗活动的60例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,将研究对象划分到对照组、观察组两个组别。两组在研究过程中均接受保乳治疗方案,观察组术后15 d开始同步放射治疗。对比两组局部复发、转移情况及总复发情况、对乳房外形满意度及不良反应。结果 对比两组治疗结束后复发率、转移率等指标,观察组均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。两组患者对乳房外形的满意度均较高,组间对比,P>0.05。观察组出现轻度不良反应,包括放射性皮炎和咽部反应等。结论 在乳腺癌保乳手术后实施放射治疗可有效降低患者局部复发率、远处转移率及总复发率,并对患者乳房外形无影响,但可能引发一些不良反应,故需多加注意。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of radiotherapy technology in breast cancer patients undergoing breast-sparing surgery.Methods:The study period was from April 2022 to June 2023,and 60 patients with breast cancer who received comprehensive medical services at Hunan Provincial People's Hospital(the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Normal University)during this period were selected as research subjects.The subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group.Both groups received breast-sparing treatment during the current treatment,and the observation group began radiotherapy 15 days after surgery.The local recurrence,metastasis,and overall recurrence rates,satisfaction with breast shape,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group after the treatment activities,the local recurrence,metastasis,and overall recurrence rates of the observation group were significantly better,with statistically significant differences,P<0.05.The satisfaction with breast shape of both groups was high,and there was no significant difference between the groups,P>0.05.The observation group had mild adverse reactions,including radiation dermatitis and pharyngeal reactions.Conclusion:Radiotherapy after breast-sparing surgery for breast cancer patients can effectively reduce local recurrence,distant metastasis,and overall recurrence rates,and has no effect on the shape of the breast.However,it may cause some adverse reactions,so attention should be paid.
