摘要
目的探究于早期乳腺癌患者临床治疗工作中,开展保乳术联合前哨淋巴结活检治疗,对促进患者术后尽快康复、保证其术后安全性和改善患者生命质量的价值。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月内蒙古医科大学附属肿瘤医院早期乳腺癌女性患者70例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各35例。对照组行乳腺癌根治术,观察组开展保乳术联合前哨淋巴结活检治疗,评价两组疗效差异。结果观察组手术时间、拔管时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后引流量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的25.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情感功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于早期乳腺癌患者临床治疗工作中,开展保乳术联合前哨淋巴结活检治疗,对促进患者术后尽快康复、保证其术后安全性和改善患者生命质量的价值显著。
Objective To explore the value of breast-conserving surgery combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy in the clinical treatment of patients with early breast cancer in promoting postoperative recovery,ensuring postoperative safety,and improving the quality of life of patients.Methods 70 patients with early breast cancer were enrolled in the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Inner Mongolia Medical University from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the re⁃search objects.The patients were divided into two groups using random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer,and the observation group underwent breast conservation surgery combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy.The difference in efficacy was evaluated between the two groups.Results The observation group had better surgical time,extubation time,hospitalization time,intraopera⁃tive bleeding volume,and postoperative drainage volume than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,lower than the 25.71%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.285,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with early-stage breast cancer,breast-conserving surgery combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy has significant value in promoting patients'early postoperative recovery,ensuring their postoperative safety,and improving their quality of life.
