算力推动农业强国建设的理论逻辑与践行路径 被引量:5

The Theoretical Logic and Practice Path of Computing Power Driving the Construction of Agricultural Power

摘要 算力,作为数字经济的基础,是推动农业技术创新与研发、促进农业智能化发展和实现农业现代化转型的重要基础。发展算力对推动我国农业强国建设至关重要。本文基于算力和农业强国建设的内涵与要求,对算力推动我国农业强国建设的理论逻辑与现实难题进行深入分析,在此基础上提出以算力推动我国农业强国建设的实现路径。从理论逻辑来看,算力发展可以从推动农业科技创新、助力农业可持续发展、推动传统农业向数字农业转型三个方面来实现推动农业强国建设。而当前,以算力推动农业强国建设还面临着算力基础设施建设不足、农业农村数据整合共享不充分、农业领域算力应用场景有限等现实挑战。以算力发展推动农业强国建设,必须从加强农村算力基础设施建设、促进农业数据整合与共享、拓展农业算力应用场景以及推动算力与农业深度融合等方面全面发力、协同配合。 As a foundation of the digital economy,computing power plays a crucial role in promoting agricultural technology innovation and research and development,facilitating the intelligent development of the agricultural sector,and achieving the modernization transformation of agriculture.The development of computing power is essential for fostering agricultural strength in China.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the theoretical logic and practical challenges of utilizing computing power to advance the construction of an agricultural power in China,based on the connotations and requirements of computing power and agricultural strength.From a theoretical perspective,the development of computing power can contribute to the construction of agricultural strength in three main areas:promoting agricultural technological innovation,supporting sustainable agricultural development,and driving the transformation of traditional agriculture towards digital agriculture.However,there are current practical challenges,including insufficient construction of computing power infrastructure,inadequate integration and sharing of agricultural and rural data,and limited application scenarios for computing power in the agricultural sector.To effectively leverage computing power for agricultural development,it is necessary to comprehensively strengthen rural computing power infrastructure,promote data integration and sharing in agriculture,expand application scenarios for computing power in agriculture,and foster the deep integration of computing power with agricultural practices.
