摘要
习近平法治思想是新时代全面依法治国必须长期坚持的指导思想,是法治教育的核心。大中小学一体化推进习近平法治思想教育是完善大思政育人、提升青少年法治素质进而推进全面依法治国的必然要求。在分析大中小学一体化推进习近平法治思想教育的价值意蕴和困境的基础上,提出了完善联动机制、增强教师法治教学本领、横纵两维融通资源的实施策略,以期提升大中小学一体化推进习近平法治思想教育的育人成效。
The Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is the guiding ideology that must be adhered to for a long time in the new era of law-based governance in all fields,and it is the core of law-based education.Promoting the education of the Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law through the integration of primary schools,middle schools and colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for improving the ideological and political education,improving the quality of the rule of law among young people,and promoting the law-based governance in all fields.On the basis of analyzing the value implication and dilemma of the integration of primary schools,middle schools and colleges and universities to promote the the Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law,the implementation strategies of improving the linkage mechanism,enhancing the teaching ability of teachersrule of law,and integrating resources horizontally and vertically are put forward,which improves the educational effect of the integration of primary schools,middle schools and colleges and universities to promote the Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.
